Type 60 Safety Storage Cabinet | Flammable Class 3

The Safety Cabinet Warehouse is proud to introduce our newest Type 60 Safety Storage Cabinet for flammable Class 3 substances. Manufactured from heavy-duty steel, the surface of the body is electro-statically sprayed with orange-stripe moulding powder, which is easy to clean, scratch-resistant, impact-resistant and highly durable. To prevent fires, the internal cabinet compartment is insulated with a multi-layer fireproof gypsum board.

During day-to-day use, the semi-automatic doors can be manually opened or closed; when a fire occurs and the temperature reaches 50 degrees C, the built-in fuse connection system activates closes the doors automatically to protect the storage of items in the cabinet. The cabinet door has a damping screw to adjust the size of the door force of the switch. When the temperature reaches 70 degrees C, the baffle plate ventilation holes automatically close, and the ventilation system can be connected with an exhaust pipe or a circulating air filter.

To ensure the inside of the cabinet is completely sealed when a fire occurs, the special heat-sensitive materials on all the joints automatically expand and fills any gap, ensuring all substances within the cabinet are safe and secure.

Each door of the Type 60 Safety Storage Cabinet is equipped with its own cylindrical lock to effectively prevent any unauthorised use. The door comes fitted with the relevant warning labels.

Adjustable levelling feet are available at the bottom of the cabinet to ensure that the Type 60 Safety Storage Cabinet remains balanced on uneven surfaces. The cabinet is fitted with an electro-static grounding conductive port to facilitate the connection of static grounding conductors.
