The Corrosive Class 8 Cabinet from The Safety Cabinet Warehouse is built to the highest quality standards, exceeding AS3780 requirements. The robust, fully seam-welded construction double skinned 1.2mm thick steel walls with a 40mm thermal air cavity.
The TSCW powder coat system provides protection and rust resistance, ensuring the cabinet is easily cleaned. Adjustable galvanised steel shelves with polypropylene bunds help to prevent cross-contamination from spills, while the sequentially closing double doors offer a tight non binding fit with minimal gaps around the door frame – minimising potential fumes from escaping.
The robust two speed internal door closers offer a soft closing solution.

Under AS3780:2008 it is a requirement to ensure that containers, winchesters or drums are sealed, whilst they are inside the cabinet. This prevents fumes from attacking the galvanised steel shelves and prevents harmful fumes from escaping when the door is opened.
